MAIN ENTRANCE, GORKY CENTRAL PARK

PROJECT:
Main Entrance, Gorky Central Park
ADDRESS
9 Krymsky Val st.
PURPOSE:
architectural landmark, museum
The Main Entrance to the Gorky Park, with its propylaea, circumferences and wrought iron fence, was build in 1955 by the architects Georgy Shchuko and Assen Spasov.
Not only did we carry out conservation works on the façades of the Main Entrance propylaea, but we also did major refurbishment of the building structure, adapting it to a new purpose: a museum, a lecture hall, and a rooftop terrace with a panoramic view. We provided modern engineering solutions and installed elevators.
